Today I want to talk about Sisterhood—what it is and why the topic might feel a little bit prickly in this Age of Loneliness. We’re feeling more anxious and stressed than ever before as social media and phone addiction creeps into our lives, and I truly feel that Sisterhood is the antidote to this anxiety because we are communal people. So in this episode, we’re talking about the importance of having that deep connection—especially for womxn, and what safe and healthy Sisterhood looks like through witnessing.
“I believe that Sisterhood—real, deep, compassionate, non-judgmental, healthy Sisterhood—is the antidote to a lot of our anxiety and stress.”
