Today I want to talk about Sisterhood—what it is and why the topic might feel a little bit prickly in this Age of Loneliness. We're feeling more anxious and stressed than ever before as social media and phone addiction creeps into our lives, and I truly feel that Sisterhood is the antidote to this anxiety because we are communal people. So in this episode, we're talking about the importance of having that deep connection—especially for womxn, and what safe and healthy Sisterhood looks like through witnessing.
"I believe that Sisterhood—real, deep, compassionate, non-judgmental, healthy Sisterhood—is the antidote to a lot of our anxiety and stress."

I would love to hear from you!
When was a time you experienced Sisterhood or witnessing in a way that made you feel seen and loved?

Congratulations! I realy loved your first podcast! Dear Becca please go on like this! XOX
Thank you so much, Tatjana!
I was excited to get the e-mail about your podcast. I really enjoyed listening to the podcast you did with Maia even though I don’t have my own business. It was fun to hear your stories. I like your short format for this podcast although I have a feeling there will be times when I’ll want to hear more!! Can’t wait for the next episode.
I appreciate your feedback, Chris! I’m going to experiment with longer form too. But sticking with short and sweet for now 🙂
I really enjoyed listening to you. I found it quite interesting. Looking forward to more
Thanks for listening, Chrissy!
Loved the clear description of “safe” – I had not put words on that feeling but I do see now that I have friends with whom I feel totally accepted. Some of them still try to “fix” or or hand me that proverbial hankie when I am upset but all I have to do is tell them I just need you to listen to me, that is all. I will be OK.
I love your relaxed humor as well and I really sense how natural and unscripted the flow is, Becca. It makes me feel so relaxed to listen to it.
This seems so right for you now and I look forward to more.
Thank you mama. I love you so much!
