In today's episode, I'm talking about my current favorite modality for knowing yourself: Human Design.
This is a powerful tool for helping us understand our best way to navigate throughout the world (similar to astrology, or Enneagram, or Meyers-Briggs). I invited Aycee Brown to have this conversation with me. Aycee is a Human Design Expert (and a Projector) whose mission is making Human Design more approachable and understandable. Together we talk about the origin of Human Design, how it's a key to knowing yourself better, how different types interact with each other, and how you can put this information to work in communicating with other people.
"When you heal yourself and when you decondition, the byproduct is going to be the things that you want, but you can't get to those things until you do the groundwork." -Aycee Brown
- Thank you to Katina Mercadante for introducing me to the concept of Human Design

What is your Human Design type and how does it help you understand yourself (or interacting with others) better?

Don't worry about whether you'll fit in. You belong, sister! I'll send you weekly-ish emails about expressing your authentic self, sisterhood, and living with the seasons to enjoy with your morning cup of tea (or, if you're like me, a killer cup of coffee).
