Hey there,

creative gal!

You’ve landed on a post I wrote a few years ago -
back when I was known as The Dabblist and was exploring all sorts of ways I could create beautiful things with my hands. It was a powerful time for me — awakening my creativity after suppressing it for so long — but this space has since evolved to reflect the woman I’m becoming.

It's second video time!

One sunny spring afternoon not too long ago, I made my way over to Lauren's lovely country homestead  to have a girlfriend day of flowers, food, and cooing over her sweet baby girl.

I've been stuck on having a flower crown making party for a while now. It's actually quite easy, and I hope this will inspire you to gather your best girls over some wine or tea and cookies to make your own!

What You Need:

Floral Wire

Floral Tape

Cut flowers

Shape the floral wire to your head, and wrap it around a few times to make it nice and sturdy. Start adding flowers one at a time, securing the stems with floral tape or wire. Place the crown upon your heads, have yourself a giggle, and dance in the sun.
