Life has felt challenging lately, so I've been trying to take little pauses. Some deep breaths, warm water, and nature's best spa remedies.
Lemon Rosemary Foot Soak
In a small bowl combine 4 tbsp brown sugar with 4 tbsp olive oil. Add in 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary and the juice of half a lemon. Fill a large bowl or bucket with warm water and fill with rose petals and lemon slices. Soak feet in water and massage feet with sugar olive oil scrub.
