You’ve landed on a post I wrote a few years ago -
back when I was known as The Dabblist and was exploring all sorts of ways I could create beautiful things with my hands. It was a powerful time for me — awakening my creativity after suppressing it for so long — but this space has since evolved to reflect the woman I’m becoming.

Hummus is so delicious! After years of purchasing it every week, I've started making it at home (thanks to a good friend's recipe). Try it for yourself!

Hummus Recipe

1 can Garbanzo Beans

2 Tbs Sesame Tahini

2 Cloves Garlic (finely chopped)

Juice from 1 Lemon

1 Tsp Cumin

1 Tsp Olive Oil

Salt + Pepper

Combine all ingredients into a food processor (garlic first) and blend until creamy. When you drain the beans, make sure you include the juice - you'll use this along with the fresh lemon juice to make it creamy. Refrigerate overnight to help it set.
