I highly recommend keeping a jar of this in your fridge. Its creamy texture and fresh flavor goes great on salads or as a vegetable dip. I love to dip sweet potato fries in them!

Yields 1 Cup
1/4 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
1 tsp Yellow Miso
Juice from 1 Lemon
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup tightly packed Parsley
3 tbsp Dill
1/2 cup Water
1 clove Garlic
Blend all ingredients on high in a food processor or with an inversion blender by hand. Place in a jar and refrigerate.
