There was the bikram yoga phase, the mac n' cheese phase, the chai latte phase, the Real Housewives phase (*might still be coming out of this one*), and currently I'm in my sweet potato phase. I simply can't get enough of them!
Sweet Potatoes are a friend to your body. They are super high in beneficial vitamins like beta-carotene, Vitamin A, iron, Vitamin C, magnesium, and Vitamin D. This translates to a stronger immune system, improved skin elasticity, boosted energy levels, resistance to stress, and healthy bones and organs. Sounds pretty good, right?
