Is it just me, or does everyone seem to be coming down with cold or flu symptoms lately? I'm just getting over the sniffles stuff after a week of living in the fog of my head cold, and did a lot of experimenting with different natural remedies to help ease my symptoms and guide my immune system back into balance.
One such remedy are my homemade "Feel Better Shots." It's a powerful concoction of potent, immune-boosting ingredients that doesn't contain the sugar and preservatives that you'll find in those immune boosting powders (which I used to swear by before I started taking these before getting on a plane).
Here's the ingredient breakdown:
Lemon Juice - Reduces inflammation and fights virus, with nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, potassium, antioxidants, zinc, iron, magnesium, and phosphorous.
Cayenne - Stimulates circulation and blood flow, increasing absorption of nutrients in the body.
Echinacea - Battles virus microbes and purifies the blood.
Ginger - Anti-viral and stimulates blood flow to warm up the body and fight back the virus.
Himalayan Sea Salt - Regulates water content, promotes healthy pH in blood cells, boosts nutrient absorption.
Turmeric - Clears infection and inflammation inside and outside of the body, is a powerful antioxidant.
