This salad dressing is light, yummy, and lasts for 2 weeks in the refrigerator. It's so easy to make, too!
Salad Dressing Recipe:
1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Honey
1 large clove Garlic, crushed
Salt + Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a screw top jar and shake to emulsify.
