back when I was known as The Dabblist and was exploring all sorts of ways I could create beautiful things with my hands. It was a powerful time for me — awakening my creativity after suppressing it for so long — but this space has since evolved to reflect the woman I’m becoming.

Homemade green juice for every day

I've discovered a true love of juicing. I was inspired to start my juicing habit 2 years ago when I discovered  Kris Carr, a wellness warrior living (thriving!) with cancer. While most people start juicing to lose weight, the benefits go far beyond that. A glass of green juice contains a multitude of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients and antioxidants - improving the body's use of oxygen to energize both your muscles and brain. When I regularly drink juice, I feel lighter and more energized. I can sleep better and feel more alert during the day.

Here is the most basic juice recipe I make every week. I'll be sure to share more recipes in the future, but this is a good start. Tastes like a mojito!

Daily Green Juice Recipe

(Yields 4 Cups)

1 Bunch Lacinto Kale

1 Apple

1 Cucumber

2-3 celery stalks

2 Limes
